Management
CEO, Wayne G. Walker, Ph.D
25 years of total aviation experience and flew F-4E fighter
aircraft for the U.S. Air Force during the post Vietnam era. He holds
a Master in Aerospace Engineering with an emphasis on flight test
engineering from University of Arizona. He is a member of the Vermont
Bar and received his law degree from Harvard Law School. He earned a
Ph.D. in public policy analysis from the RAND Graduate School where his
research explored the benefits of strategic R&D alliances in the
high tech sector. He is an expert in organizational learning and has taught
numerous MBA level courses in statistics, economics and organizational leadership.
Walker led the initial Republic Aerospace business development effort that
resulted in an Air Force contract within 18 months of business formation.
He has a broad view of the aviation business and keen understanding of the
technological integration and public policy improvements needed to open the
personal air transportation market.
VP Operations: Geoff Roper
40 years of total aviation experience. Geoff has been the
key executive for several technology companies, including CEO of
All My Benefits, Inc., VP for Product Development for Digital Ocean,
Inc., Member of the office of the President, Newer Technologies and
President of GUT Works, LLC. Geoff flew F-104 fighters for the Canadian
Air Force.His expertise lies at the intersection of strategic vision/creative
product development and practical operations design of customer relations
management systems and hands-on management.
VP Concepts Engineering: Edward C. Sweeney,
Jr.
Ed Sweeney has 50 years of aviation experience. He
has published aviation magazines and operated a manufacturing company. Ed
is also President of AEROCAR, LLC.
VP Flight Operations: Sean Sweeney
Sean Sweeney has 30 years of aviation experience, holds multiple
type ratings and has logged more than 12,000 hours flight time.

the lead organizer of the initiative to bring the NASA SATS (Small
Aircraft Transportation System) to Michigan.
FX Series Aircraft Design and Manufacturing:
Terry L. Harrell Terry is currently a senior aerospace engineer
for a defense contractor. He has more than 20 years experience designing advanced
aircraft, including fighter aircraft. He is the designer of the FX Series
aircraft.
